Jamie cooks up another super fast dinner with his beef has recipe. With four main elements to this meal it looks a little daunting but if you follow his guidance you should get there in 30 minutes or there about, and the reward will be worth it, especially with colder evening drawing in.
Beef is the UKs favourite red meat. Generally, it’s readily available and cheap compared to other red meats, and the huge variety of cuts available to cook means that there is an abundance of beef based recipes to inspire you.

The second day of Masterchef: The Professionals brings a whole host of new challenges for the contestants. The group is split on two for the next two days to give the chefs Michel Roux Jr and Monica Galetti and dining expert Gregg Wallace extra time to scrutinise the contestants and find the strengths and weaknesses that will shape their destiny.
Masterchef: The Professionals is coming back to our screens on Monday 4 November 2013 and with it comes 24 episodes of recipe hits and misses. The format remains the same in the sixth season of the hit TV show, with Monica Galetti and Gregg Wallace taking the helm and putting the 8 contestants through their paces.
You can expect some big egos and flamboyant styles from the outset this year, with the invention test producing some interesting and sometimes positive signs of quality from chefs located around the UK.
